Claims Eligibility

You may submit a claim if:

  • The product is received damaged or defective

  • The incorrect item is delivered

  • The product does not match the description shown on the website

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  3. Share clear photos or videos showing the issue

Resolution Options

After review, we may offer one of the following:

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider and usually take 5–10 business days.

Non-Eligible Claims
